Our President, Ron Passaro, is the founder of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), and was the first Chairman of the Home Inspector License Board. Our Inspectors are all fully licensed in Connecticut, and are full members of ASHI with years, not months, of experience.
We take pride in our narrative, easy-to-understand reports. Problems are not magnified, not minimized, but are put in perspective. We teach home buyers how their home works in simple, non-threatening language.
When you call our office, you read a knowledgeable, pleasant representative to answer your questions, schedule an inspection and take their time with first time buyers. We offer a full range of inspection services including general home inspection, certified post inspections, septic evaluations, radon and water testing, and commercial building inspections. Together with our affiliates, we can also offer nearly all types of environmental testing, including oil tanks, lead paint testing, and Phase I and II site assessments. No need to call many different companies.
